SEPTEMBER 17th,1945. The Regular Administrative Seeelon of the City Council was held at 10 Am September 17th,1945,Mayor Arende presiding,Commissionere Oneelmen and Johnson present at roll call. Minutes of September 16th,1945 read and approved. Moved by Unaelman,seconded by Jobnaon to issue Council Order No.1036 to transfer$3033.75 from to Water System Fund to the Special Revenue No.5 Int. Fund Carried. Letter of the official board of the First N.E.Church requesting that there be no relaxation of ordinances prohibiting dentin.an Sunday was received and Filed. Moved byArende,seconded by Unselmen,to adopt the prellminaty budget for the year 1946 as presented. Carried. Letter of the Everett ParkBoard requesting a,joint mention with the 066.411 to discuss water rates, Received arta read. Moved by Sneelman,seconded by Johnson to authorise the Mayor to eiMn request and application to the Federal Warks Agency for 742,000.00 for advance coat of preparing plena far a sewage treatment plant. - Carried.
