Moved by Unzelman,secs Ned by Johnson to award contract to furnish twos }ton pick-0O trucks fox the.Water Dept.and one}ton pick-up truck for the Park • cot,to Simpson-Rutehinge Motor Co.at a price of$1,095.12 eaoh,including sales tem. Carried. DAMAGE CLAIM of arum Llndberry In the amount of$1,000.00 for personal injuries sustained in a fall on Nov.30,1945 was received and reed. Moved by Unzelmm,seconded by Johnson to refer damage claim of Anne h Lindberry to the City Attorney. Carried. Moved by Unzelmm,seconded by Johnson,to reject oleim of Helen C.Tones end Ire L.Jones for damages in the amount of$8,000.00. Carried. Moved by Unzelmm,seconded by Johnson to grant permission to Monroe Logging Co.to attach its linea to the power line terminal et Lake Chaplain end to run a line from said point to the property line of the Monroe logging Co.in the 8E}NW}of Sec.25,Twp.29 N Range 7 EYM,with the provielon that said per- mission may be terminated by the City at any time.
