Minutes of August 26th,1946 read and approved. Moved by Johnson,seconded by Unzelman,to grant pareel delivery dray license to Tames W.Thein,23266 Broedwey. Carried. Moved by Johnson,seconded by Unzelman,to pay the olein of H.T.Bxigge 91.00,refund duplicate oilnbunner permit fee. Carried. �f. REPORT of the City Engineer that protests of the proposed improvement of Norton Ave.from Hewitt Ave.to Well St.had reduced the number of signers of the petition to lees than the percentage required by lee,and that the proposed La- : provement was therefore deed. Received and filed. Moved by Johnson,seconded by Unzelman,to issue Council Order to assent I the offer of Oladye Woelfle to purchase Lots 26 end 27,Blk.754,Everett Land Co. let Add.for 9450.00 and to issue a quit claim deed upon receipt of the purchase price. Carried. Moved by unzelman,seconded by Johnson to adopt Resolution No.5152 as 701lows: ^ RESOLUTION No.5152.
