RESOLUTION NO. 6408 <br /> A RESOLUTION waiving public bidding requirements and approving a Sole Source <br /> Purchase of Electrical Switch Replacement and Vault Relocation from Snohomish <br /> County PUD. <br /> WHEREAS,Facilities requires the relocation of a PUD switch vault and replacement of <br /> an existing switch to support the Municipal Court project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Snohomish County PUD is the only available source for the installation and <br /> provision of this regulated service in Snohomish County. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Everett that <br /> because there is clearly and legitimately only one source capable of relocating the <br /> electrical service vault and replacing the electrical switch currently located in the alley <br /> between Wall and Pacific ,the City hereby waives competitive bidding requirements and <br /> authorizes the performance of this work by Snohomish County PUD. <br /> ej <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of July ,2011 <br /> pitoz :mat <br /> Counc 1 P ident <br />
