The City Engineer reported that an error had been made on the original roll and submitted an emended assee®ent roll end final estimate in the amount of $6750.30. Moved by 7ohneoi,seconded by/vends,to accept amended easessment roll for LID#577 and to direct the City Clerk to eat e.date for hearing on the 000nda assessment roll for LID#577. Carried. A petition signed by the owners of 77.541%of the area and 75.0 of the f^ontage of the abutting private property requesting the vacation of Ninth St.from the alley between Oekee and Rockefeller to Oakes Ave. Received and read.
