No Protests. <br /> Moved by Engelman,seconded by Whiteley to instruct the City Attorney to <br /> prepare en ordinance vacating Kromer Ave.from Charles to Edward St.and the alley <br /> in Blk.5,Pastel&Whitfield's let Add. Carried. <br /> A petition signed by 16 residents of Ceaoad2 Terrace requesting that the <br /> City spray trees in that area to control caterpillars, Received and read. <br /> The City Clerk was instructed to-write to one of the signers of the <br /> petition,advising the City could not spray trees on privet°property. <br /> A LEITER of the Stets Sept.of Conservation end Development advising Slat <br /> e five-year extension of timefor completion of oonstruetion under Permit#2295 had <br /> been granted.
