" Moved by Cebert,seconded by Johnson to adopt Sesorution Nd.6126 aa follows; Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett,Washington; That it the intention of the City Council to order the improvemeot of; Wetmore Ave.ftom.e north property line of 7th St.to the north property line of 6th St.by constructing a a inch asphalt.concrete pmement,thirty-a. (36)feet in width,Moore.curbs and gutters,portland cement concrete sidewalks on both sides of the street,providing for the necessary surface drai.ge and Ming all such other work as my be necessary in comection therewith,all in accordance with plena be prepared by tbe City Engineer.
