Moved by Erekow,seconded by Simpson to adopellesolution 96956 as follows, 'WHEREAS,the City Commissioners of the City of Everett have studied.e proposition of annexing to the City of Everett.e property as described • in Exhibit"A"hereto attached and made a part of this resolution,and WIIEREAS,the City Commissioners of the City of Everett have determined.at the • best interests and general welfare of the City of Everett would be served by the annexation of said unincorporated territory contiguous to the city of Everett as described in said Exhibit"A".
