<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council, compliance with said Ordinance,daes.desire
<br /> tO establish speed limits of doter vehicles on certain streets in the
<br /> City of Everett,
<br /> ' NOW THEREFORE Be IT PESOLVED BY CITY COUNCIL Of WE CITE OF EVERETT:
<br /> That.e following speed limits be established in accordance with
<br /> Section 76,Sub-section B,of Ord.ance No.3211 from the date hereof
<br /> until modified or replaced by subsequent resolution:

<br /> Street.and on Evergreen Way'from 43rd Street to 45.Street,
