There was an error of flow-through items which <br /> made a difference between the receipt,and the expenditures. <br /> He said the Million Dollars Councilman Michelson referred <br /> to was on a balance sheet given to the Councilmen just <br /> recently by the Finance Director and there was an error <br /> on thi,s document.
