Minutes of the meeting held October 4,1972 were approved as printed. WHEREAS,the 49tb Annual Congress of Cities,sponsored by . the National League of Cities,will be held in IndianapoliS, oi9ir:' Indiana November 26 through 30„1972,a. r WSEREAS,it is in the best Interest ofithe City of Everett to be represented at said meeting, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE C/TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT that three councilmen be,and the sax.are hereby,authorized and directed to attend the 49th Annual Con- gress of Cities in Indianapolis,Indiana from November 26 tbrOUgb 30,1972,and that they be reimbursed for such out-of- state trip on actual and reasonable expenses to be supported by receipts and other verification,and that Councilmen Gip9on is hereby designated as'Voting Delegatei to act at the National Lea,.of Cities'Annual Business Meeting on November 30,1972.
