439 November 12,1974 Th.Regular Budget Meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order 41 at 2:30 p.m.,November 12,1974 with Budget Committee Chairman Kinch pre- siding and all Councilmen in attendance except Councilman Gipson. •11 PROGRAM 601-CBD LIGHTING AND SIGNALIZATTOB Fund 024-Eagineering Fund 301-Arterial Street Councilman Gipson came in at this time. :1 1 8:: moved by Councilman Aldcroft,seconded by Councilman Michelson to eliminate $78,430 of Arterial Street Funds from the program,and insert instead the 1 1 same amount to be taken from the Community Development Cumulative Reserve , Fund. Roll was called with Councilmen Ebert,Michelson and Aldcroft voting yes, , councilmen Kinch,Gipson,Longue and Rucker voting no. Motion Lost 651,COD Fund 301,Arterial Street,$165,080. Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes except Councilmen Michelson and Aldcroft voting no. Motion Carried 1104 124 6122.0 0 IlniCI,SIGNAL UPGRADING Fund 301-Arterial Street Moved by Councilman Aldcroft,seconded by CoiNcilman Michelson to delete F.A.M.Funds in the amount of$87,440 from this program,and adopt Program 602,Fund 024,Engineering,$7,430,Fund 301,Arterial Street,$85,430. Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes except Councilman Gipson who voted nO.
