'olelL'71212'P:fmIteae:rreTrt.ectlye2Y:rc;:::d t'e'eeP Mr.Henning further stated that the City of Everett,during its review ; of the proposed NPOES Permit,became concerned that a relatively small number of people in the Everett area were familiar with the NPDES Permit process and its relationship with other programs associated with Pt-02-500 Mhe Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972). He also . stated that there existed a general uncertainty among those familiar with the,Permit as to what Everett's.ultimate.responsibilities and obligations" • would be as a result of the permit.
