139 Nal,V,1975 The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called te order at 9:30 a.m.in the conference roam,Council President Kin.presiding and all councilmen in attendance except Councilmen Gip.n and Rucker. LOGGING OPERATION City Attorney Allendricks explained that a temporary restraining order to stop logging operations in the Lynnewood priVe area had been filed and and that the restraining order expires tomorrow morning. ..Ar,:ehris point the City Attorney requested an executive session this Councilmen Rucker and Gipson came in. At 9:10 a.m the council members retnrned to regular workshop.
