ECCP1_j____EfING (Council Bill 763-77) Councilman Einch reported he had been working with the Community Col- lege and referred the Councilmen to a letter from the college in which . they stated a study in the upper parking lot had been made neganding the number of people per car. From this study,they'aet out a P.A.,' that any car with 3 ow more students could park in the lot for$1.00 for the quarter--theuegulan.fee being$3.00--and a car with more than 5 could park free of charge. They also had moved the law enforcement • . program to Paine Field. Hopefully this would alleviate part of the ; parking problem in the area. • Councilman Einch also said he had received a memo from Ne Chief of Police stating that beginning April 1,1976 there will be a 3-wheeler • 1, in the Everett Cammunity College area issuing Parking tickets to the cars parked illegally-in the area. . 2=7Optct=dalt=Tolt=ntttVe'PrObl:M7 ; • .
