He had appointed Mike Sells, Secrete,of the Labor Council,to replace hirn. The yard was being cleaned up and repairs were started on the house. President Pope arrived at this time and anrmanced after several years of work,the Southwest Everett Study was complete and a public hearing will be held on April 14 on the final study. He also pointed out there would be an add-on under consent agenda items,setting a public hearing.
