There was discussion on the new <br /> federalism which,as perceived,is going to be here in 1923-94. He <br /> I( felt the City should start preparing as it will involve delegating <br /> more responsibils to cities and less money. He felt the session <br /> was very worthwhile. <br /> , Councilman Michelson said he was disappointed that there was not better <br /> attendance by Council members at the Mock Government Day Council meeting. <br /> il .,::,. A bill similar to this one was <br /> proposed last fall but did not pass.
