Upon roll call it s found that Mayor Moore and all Codncilmen were in'attendanceexcept Councilman Gipson,who was excused. Minetds of the meeting held May 12,1982,were approved as printed. • NEW POLICE RESERVE OFFICERS Aftor introduction,Mike Manley,Mo to Vick,Todd Stitch,Sim Duffy and Sim Lewis were sworn rn as new Po1Gue Reserve Officers. • RESOLUTION • • Moved by Councilmen Langur,seconded by Councilmen Hichelson,to adopt Resolution No.2096 es follows: A RESOLUTION honoring the memory of Col.3.L.
