Hickson to <br /> • represunt the City on the PlIblic Derelopment Corporation Board. <br /> i• Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes, except Councilman <br /> POpe4 who was excused. <br /> Notion Carried <br /> OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE AWARD <br /> Police Chief Shelstad introduced Officer Terry DeVerse, who wao <br /> nominated by the Police Department to receiVe the Mayor's Service <br /> Award. Mayor Moore then presented him wita a plague and <br /> congratulated him on his outstanding work for the City. <br /> PROCLAMATIONS <br /> Mayor Moore proclaimed June 1, 2 and 3, 1984, as'Salty Sea Ilaye <br /> and also proclaimed today,Nay 23rd,as'Marion ROBe Bonneywell Day" <br /> in the City of Everett.
