Bob Cooper, Park and Recreation Director, reviewed the five year Parks and Recreation Plan explaining the various maps showing park locations and proposed locations. He also went over the goals, the various facilities and standards and the capital improvement program. Councilman Niva was concerned about the Silver Lake area needing more shore access. He said also he had sat on the committee selecting the design engineer for the West Marine View Drive bridge and they had selected the firm of Parson and Brinkerhoff.
