He said <br /> these are similar to "Speed Bumpse used in shopping centers but <br /> instead of only being one to two e feet wide they armuch gentler in <br /> configuration with a length of at least 12 ft. at its base. It <br /> allows vehicles to drive over speed humps at 25 mph. The highes the <br /> speed, the greater the discomfort is experienced.
