I <br /> Motion carried. <br /> t P MAYOR'S CONSENTS <br /> 1 i I Mayor Moore requested an executive session to discuss a legal <br /> matter. President Alive Said that it would be held at the end of <br /> today's agenda. <br /> NAVY HOMEPORT UPDATE <br /> , <br /> Mayor Moore introduced Captain Rock Roth for an update on the <br /> Everett Navy Homeport. <br /> Captain Roth said that an agreement has been reached between the six <br /> environmental groups,the Army Corps of Engineers and the Navy which <br /> 'el' will allow the continuation of construction of the Navy Homeport. <br /> The Navy agreed to no confined aquatic disposal of the dredged <br /> materials and agreed to retesting to recharacterize the materials. <br /> The agreement gives the Navy the ability to continue construction. <br /> Captain Roth reviewed the three elements of construction, stating <br /> I di that each element can stand alone. Element#1 should be completed <br /> I/i in len and can provide for up to eight ships. The funding is in <br /> place for Element dl.
