LCOR Brent Anderson,IN Navy Homeport coordinator, accepted the proclamation on behalf of the Navy. COUNCIL COMMENTS Counc11menber Pope announced that the workshop on the 1.0 Budget listed on today's agenda is a public hearing and all future budget • discussions will be public hearings. • Councilmember Pope also reportedthat the Animal Sanitation ordinance will go in effect on October 14, 1989 and that all pet owners should be prepared to take care of their animal's leavings. •.
