<br /> Allen Ciffen said there have been many meetings on this over the

<br /> Commission,the zoning code was adopted.
<br /> He reviewed some of the changes, stating the parking requirements
<br /> were increased for the R-3 and R-4 zones. The Ipresent code allows t t''' full credit for the environmental sensitive areas in the property
<br /> but the new code will only allow partial credit.

<br /> are defined as an entitlement which an applicant has to have his/her
