<br /> Mayor Kinch reported cn the status of the Puget Sound Council of : HI! I
<br /> Governments. He stated the cities of TaCOMQ,Seattle,and Bremerton
<br /> are staying in the group. He recommended that the City of Everett 11 i {:I
<br /> not withdraw from the regional group but try and work through the , di 'i'l
<br /> new proposed organization.

<br /> Councilman Morrow also recommended that the Council consider d :l'1 •
<br /> appropriate funding and remain a member of the regional organization. d '
<br /> President Pope said he, Councilman Anderson, and the Mayor would
<br /> meet to review the proposal and would bring this item back on a

<br /> Sara France,Mayor's Staff, presented the Youth Ambassador Award to

<br /> Captain Steve Turner and Captain Steve Parker, Everett Fire :riti,
<br /> Department, introduced the new City of Everett firefighters, who
<br /> recently graduated from the State Fire Training Center in North
<br /> Bend. The firefighters are Oden Olson,Kyle Griffith,David DeHaan,
<br /> David Rich, Michael Millman, Don Schwab, Stan BLOW, Craig Koznek, LI :,

<br /> Steve Breeden, Director of Communication, informed the Council an

<br /> Office would be opened at the same time and invited the Council to 41,4,
