Upon roll cell <br /> it e s found that Mayor Kinch and all co uneilmen w e present <br /> except President Morrow who was excused. <br /> The minutes of the February 20, 1991 meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Maser 'reported that he had attended a Snohomish <br /> County Citizens for Improved Transportation (SCCIT)meeting and <br /> the topic of conversation the Memo of Understanding <br /> regarding annexation of Paine Field. It was felt that traffic <br /> mitigation°nu.be worked out. There was also discussion of <br /> the Transportation Improvement Board prospectusesfor the 112th <br /> Street preliminary Design"Phase and the SR 525/Paine Field <br /> Boulevard,Stages 1 and 2. <br /> Councilman Pope an ced that he represented the City at the <br /> Second Chance Clubthis past week. <br /> PRESIDENTS COMMENTS <br /> Vice President Olameno stated that he and Councilman Pope <br /> attended the unveiling of the"awesome DARE bus last Saturday. <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Mayor Kinch asked for Council's concurrence <br /> n the appointments <br /> of the following people to the 0Everett 2000 Committee: A. <br /> Geoff Tapert of McArdle and beret, tale McNay If Scott Paper, <br /> o <br /> Jeannette M P Security Pacific Bank,Arnie Scown of Du yee <br /> Real Estate (representing the business sector); Paul Roberts <br /> (City) Dave Koenig as his substitute, Tom Romerdahi (Everett <br /> School District), Don Hopkins (Port of Everett), John Martinis <br /> (Snohomish County) representing the publics ectar; and Don <br /> r0 <br /> Rider, Betty Morrow, Bruce Overstreet end .fanMahlum (citizen <br /> representatives) <br />
