211 <br /> May 8,1991 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 8:30 a.m., May 8, 1991 in the City Council Chambers of <br /> the Everett City Hall, President Morrow presiding. Upon roll <br /> call it was found that all councilmen were present except <br /> Councilmen Overstreet and Diamond who were excused. Mayor <br /> Kinch was also excused. <br /> The minutes of the May 1,1991 meeting were approved as printed. <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Jerry groom., Administration, requesttd that Council concur <br /> with the appointments of Frank Figg and C. J. Ebert to the <br /> Everett 2000 Committee. <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> concur with the appointments of Frank Figg and C. J. Ebert to <br /> the Everett 2000 Committee. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilmen Diamond and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> =nt'n'IreTN .1:12n1lt 2ffg concurrence on the <br /> on Hearing Officer. <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilmen Anderson to <br /> c nous the appointment of James briscoll as Pollution <br /> H:aring Officer. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilmen Diamond and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion.virried <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Moser commented on a letter to the editor written by <br /> Joan Berryman expressing appreciation to students who were <br /> involved in the project to increase awareness of stream <br /> pollution by stenciling a message on storm drains "Dump No <br /> Waste...Drains To Stream." <br /> C <br />
