716 <br /> • <br /> December 30,1991 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 6:30 a.m., December 30, 1991, in the City Council <br /> Chamber of the Everett City Hall, President Morrow presiding. <br /> Upon roll call it was foundthat Mayor Kinch and all:councilmen <br />• were present. <br /> The minutes of the December 16 and December 23, 1991 City <br /> Council meetings were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Kinch deferred to Council President-Elect Gipson for a <br />} special presentation. <br /> COUNCIL PflESIpENT MORROW RECOGNITION <br /> President-elect Gipson thanked President Morrow for his eight <br /> years of service on the City Council and presented him with a <br /> plague of appreciation as Council President and a photograph of <br /> the 1991-1992 Council. <br /> C. Mayor Kinch expressed the City's appreciation for his hard work <br /> 11.. and diligent efforts for the citizens of Everett and wished him <br /> well in his new responsibilities on <br /> the Port of Everett <br /> Commission. A photo remembrance:was presented to President <br /> Morrow and'.his family. <br /> Susan Ratliff Reichmann presented President Morrow with a Port <br /> Gardner Chocolate Cake in appreciation of his support on <br /> neighborhood issues. <br /> Marian Krell, Chatr el the Ne igtbcnc�od Committee, thanked <br /> Presitlent Morrow On baM1alP oP the City's neighborhood groups. <br /> e <br /> Nina O'Neil,Port Commissioner,:saidlthat.Rresident Morrow wasra <br /> credit to his community and his word was his bond and he was <br /> 'good Pinder one who lacks for good in themselves and others. <br /> She welcomed President Morrow to the Port and looks forward to <br /> working with him. <br />
