January 29,1992 <br /> CS The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 8:30 a.m., January 29, 1992, in the City council <br /> Chamber of the Everett City Hall, Councilman.Diamond presiding <br /> s President Gipson and Vice President Anderson w sed. <br /> Upon roll call it was Pound that Mayor Kinch and all councilmen <br /> were present except President Gipson and Councilman Anderson who <br /> were excused. <br /> The minutes of the January 22, 1992 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed with Councilman Pope abstaining from the <br /> vote. <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Kinch proclaimed the week of February 2-8,1992, "Burn <br /> Awareness Meek." <br /> MAYofl'S.COMNENTS <br /> Tomorrow at 2r3O p.m. is the Community Theater Ground Breaking <br /> .Ceremony. All encouraged to attend. <br /> The <br /> C ayor <br /> Russia will albe visiting announcedso that <br /> in attendance at our ext scouncil <br /> meeting. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Overstreet reported that Snohomish County Tomorrow <br /> has drafted guidelines of operation. He asked that City Council <br /> evlew them and requested that it be discussed at the next <br /> council meeting as Snohomish County Tomorrow will he asking for <br /> authorization to proceed. <br /> Councilman Moser informed councilmembers of several meetings <br /> regarding Everett Transit, Community Transit and the Paine Field <br /> proposed flight plan that will be taking place this week. <br /> PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Diamond announced that the CIP workshop scheduled for <br /> today is cancelled and will be rescheduled. <br />
