The following memorandum <br /> was read: <br /> In December 1991, City Council authorized the Mayor to sign a <br /> Letter <br /> Agreement Combined itSewwer h liOverflow ton rt(CSC) easementProjects. <br /> fortwo <br /> Burlington Northern last week returned the Letter Agreement to <br /> the City unsigned. There are only two substantive changes to <br /> the Letter Agreement proposed by Burlington Northern. <br /> The first substantive change is clause allowing Burlington <br /> Northern to require an increase in the City's insurance <br /> ozverege In the future. City Attorney's office has reviewed <br /> this clause and r ends that a statement be added that six <br /> months notice will be mprovided to the City prior to increasing <br /> the insurance limits. This statement has been addecr athe <br /> bottomof page three. <br /> The other substantive change is that the revised Letter <br /> Agreement now referencesents fr both CSO d Projects. <br /> Although, this was the intent for theeoriginal easement, the <br /> original easements inadvertently deleted a referenceate one of <br /> the CSO Control Projects. <br /> C... 1 <br />
