IP, <br /> March 25,1992 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 8:30 a.m.,March 25, 1902, in the City Council Chamber <br /> of the Everett City Hall, President Gipson presiding. Upon roll <br /> call it was found that Mayor Kinch and all councilmen were <br /> present. <br /> The minutes of the March 18, 1902, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. President Gipson abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Kinch announced that an eleven member Mayor's Advisory <br /> Committee for Growth Management - Comprehensive Plan will be <br /> established. He asked Council for names of possible candidates <br /> fir this committee and that they be submitted to him no later <br /> than the first•of next week. <br /> Mayor Kinch presented Councilmembers with a copy of the latest <br /> addition of American City & County which had an article on <br /> Everett's City Hall at The Mall. • <br /> C1,':'rfenMe'rireern!'he'reie=g2g,Ir:XtnsefielZelevrai=; <br /> Marilou Moore, Glorina dela Merced and Finance DireCtOr Bill <br /> Cushman for .receipt of the IPSO award for Excellence in <br /> Financial Reporting. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Moser reported on the SCITT seminar he attended. The <br /> topic was on the traffic demand management provisions of the new <br /> state law which wiil go into effect shortly. <br /> PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS <br /> President Gipson announced the following agenda changes: <br /> Item te, bid call for 1892 giosolids Removal will be <br /> moved from the consent items to the first action item for <br /> consideration. <br /> ( <br />
