City Council was called to <br /> order at 9:30 a.m., August 5, 1992,in the City Council Chamber <br /> of the Everett City Nall, President Gipson presiding. Upon <br /> roll call it was Pound that Mayor Kinch and all councilmen were <br /> presentxw <br /> cept Councilman Anderson who as excused and <br /> Councilman Diamond who will be arriving late. <br /> Mayor Kinch led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes bf the July 29, 1992.City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed.:. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayor.Kinchpassedout copies.of..an articlein the New York <br /> Times that focused.on,ggverett's.City Hall at the Mall.. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Overstreet commented on the antique car <br /> sponsored.by Deaconess Children's Services. He recognized s <br /> c the <br /> Parks..Departmentfor all work had donee making the <br /> surrounding area beautiful..
