393 <br /> CSeptember 23,1992 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at B:31 a.m., September 23, 1992, in the City Council <br /> Chambers of the Everett City Hall, Vice President Anderson <br /> presiding. Upon were <br /> cell it was found that Mayor Minch and <br /> all councilmen w present axcept President Gipson who was <br /> excused. <br /> Mayer NLnch led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the September 16, 1992, City Council meeting <br /> were approved as printed. <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Mayor Minch requested Council's c n the appointment <br /> of Larry O'Donnell Si the Museum Board, replacing Bruce <br /> Christofferson who found It necessary to resign.. <br /> Moved byw Councilman Oveaeaeeet, s ondad by Councilmen Maser to <br /> with the Mayor's appointment of Larry O'Oonnel to the <br /> Museum Board. <br /> CRoll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> 7 - Motion carried. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Minch announced that the Washington State Advisory <br /> Council on Historic Preservation bap included the Commerce <br /> Building recommendation a r on mendation for the National Register of <br /> Historical Places. <br /> The Mayor informed Council that h will be attending the <br /> National League of Cities meeting in November as Council has <br /> recommended. <br /> EMPLOYEE of THE MONTH - , <br /> • <br /> Sharon Rose Hanson, compliance officer,was presented with the <br /> September Employee-of-the-Month award. <br />
