Councilman <br /> Anderson abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH • <br /> Mayor Kinch introduced Ken Dammand of the Fire Department as <br /> October, Employee of the month. Mr. Demand was recognized <br /> for his work on the Fire Centennial Book, "The Fire Boys"and <br /> his commitment to fire education and training. <br /> NEW POLICE OFFICER <br /> Acting Police Chief Mike Campbell introduced new police <br /> officer, John Sullivan, who was given the Oath of Office by the <br /> City Clerk.
