May 24.2000 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everts City Council was called to order at 8:3O <br /> a.m..May 24.2000,In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall. <br /> President Campbell presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Hansen <br /> and Councllmemhen Anderson,Simpson.Warnock.Gipson.Campbell.Pope <br /> and Os erstrect were present. <br /> Councilmember Anderson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the May If.2010 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Hansen reported that he spoke at the Everett Area Chamber of <br /> Commerce mining regarding river0ont properties and attended the Wiggums <br /> Hollow Breakfast which was a kickoff for new park improvements. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Councilmembers Overstreet,Gipson,Warnock and Simpson stated that they <br /> also had the opportunity to aneed the Wiggums Hollow Breakfast and that it <br /> was a great event. <br /> Councilmember Anderson tenoned that he encoded a Snohomish County Cities <br /> and Towns meeting where there was high praise for Mayor Hoven s efforts N <br /> regard to Snohomish County's potential move from downtown Everett. <br /> Councilmember Gipson announced that he anetded the grad opening of Potter <br /> House.the 10"Annual Children's Safety Fah and the Asian Pacific Inlander <br /> Heritage celebration. <br /> Councilmember Warnock stated that he attended the Snohomish County Cities <br /> and Towns meeting and will be attending a meeting of the Snohomish County <br /> Tomorrow Staring Committee tonight. <br /> 1 <br />
