11,2001 <br /> The regular mating of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 a.m., <br /> April el,2001,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall,President <br /> Simpson presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Councilmembers Anderson, <br /> Simpson,Gipson,Pope and Overstreet were present. Mayor Hansen and <br /> Councilmembers Warnock and Campbell were excused. <br /> Council Director Deb Williams led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 4,2001 City Council meeting were approved as printed. <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> President Simpson staled that Earl Dutton,chairperson for the Public Facilities <br /> District,has requested that the City Council choose four members from the public <br /> for and three ceuncihnembers to save on the design build team for the arena. <br /> He asked that the muncilmembers submit their nominations to him as scop as <br /> passible. <br /> Presider!Simpson thanked Councihnember Pope for representing the City <br /> Council at a ceremony aboard the USS Cmmingham IaztPddsy. <br /> GI <br /> Chief Scharf wimdnced Sergeant Jim Stillman,Climes Agars.Property Ihit. <br /> He gave a brief overview of the unit's duties.He stated Net two officers are <br /> assigned to the financial crimes action of the wit,and that they pared=with the <br /> financial community. He introduced Greg Rats,Director of Security,Boeing <br /> Credit Union,who recognized the abets of Bryan Brorbnan and Joni fang with <br /> a S1500 donation to the Everett Police Department <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Councilmember Gipson,seconded by Coaacilmember Overstreet <br /> to approve the following consent items: <br /> 133 <br />
