June 20.2001 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m„ <br /> lune 20,2001 in the Coy Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall,President <br /> Simpson presiding Upon roll cell it was found that Mayor Hansen and <br /> Councihnenbeee Anderson,Simpson,Warnock,Gipson,Campbell,Pope and <br /> Overstreet were present. <br /> Mayor Hansen led the Pledge ofAllegianoe. <br /> The minutes of the lane 13,2001 City Cooncil meeting were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> toni <br /> Mayerght Hansen remarked that he would be leaving the meeting at 730 p.m. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Councihnember Pope reported that he attended a National League of Cities' <br /> Transportation meeting last week. <br /> Councihae bor Warnock reminded everyone that Sonindnue,sponsored by the <br /> Everett Parks Department and the Cultural Commission,will be held this <br /> weekend at Legion Park. <br /> Councilmembee Overstreet reported that he a0ended a National League of Cities' <br /> Advisory.Council meeting last week and an Association of Washington Cities' <br /> meeting iv BellevueWs afternoon. <br /> Councilmember Gipson stated that he attended the Association of Washington <br /> Cities'meoings and assisted in the nomination of candidates to their Hoard of <br /> Directors. <br />
