December 3,0001 <br /> A special meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 a.m., <br /> December 3,2001 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Simpson presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Hansen, <br /> Councilmembers Anderson,Simpson,Warnock,Campbell,Pope and Overstreet <br /> were present.Counc0 member Gipson was excused. <br /> Dale Moses,Snohomish County CRI Project Manager,led die Pledge of <br /> Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 28,2001 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Hansen announced that the House Senate Conference Committee <br /> approved the 2002 Transportation Appropriations Bill last Friday.It included <br /> $5,200,000 for Ewa projects in the City of Everett. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Councilmember Warnock reported that he amended a special conference of the <br /> Farmland Truce They discussed issues related to the future of farmers doing <br /> business in the area. <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> President Simpson stated that he and Mayor Hansen presented service awards to <br /> City employees last Friday.
