February 13.2002 <br /> A special meeting of the Everett City Council was Called to order at 8:30 <br /> am..February 13,2002 in the Snohomish County P.U.D.Auditorium, <br /> 2320 California Street.President Anderson presiding.Upon roll call it was <br /> found that Mayor Hansen,Council Members Anderson,Olson,Harks, <br /> Gipson,Campbell.Pope and Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Olson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 6,2002 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed.President Anderson abstained from the vote. <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> RESOLUTION—TRANSPORTATION FUNDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatton to adopt Resolution No.5152 concerning the need for <br /> statewide and regional transportation funding packages that will <br /> help address congestion and gridlock in Everett,Snohomish County, <br /> the Puget Sound,and the State of Washington. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion cabled. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Atlomey Solna requested an executive meeting regarding a litigation <br /> matterfollowirg Ne meeting. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to adopt the following consent agenda Items: <br /> 47 <br /> ■<br />
