March 27,2002 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> am.,March 27.2002 In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Anderson presiding. Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Coun:il Members Anderson,Olson,Hadoe,Gipson,Campbell.Pope and <br /> Overstreet were present.Mayor Hansen was excused. <br /> Council Member Overstreet led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 20,2002 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed.Council Members Overstreet and Hallos abstained from the <br /> vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Hansen proclaimed the week of April 1-7,2002 as'Public Health <br /> Week'. Rick Mockler,Deputy Administrator,Snohomish Health District, <br /> accepted the proclamation. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Soine requested e laosesaion regarding a realestate made a litigationr.and abmar <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Dick Bennett,2707 Colby#000,expressed his appreciation to the Mayor, <br /> City Council,and City staff for the commitment they have exhibited on <br /> behalf of the community. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to adopt the following consent agenda items: <br /> 89 <br />
