774 <br /> April 10,2002 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> am.,April 10,2002 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Anderson presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Hansen and Council Members Anderson,Hance,Gipson,Campbell,and <br /> Overstreet were present. Council Members Olson end Pope were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Campbell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 3,2002 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Hansen proclaimed April 10,2002 as"Arbor Day'. <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> RECOGNITION <br /> Wendy Weaver,Commute/Parking Program,Boeing,presented Richard <br /> Tarry,Kelvin Barton and Tom Hingson,Everett Transit,with recognition <br /> awanis for their help in rerouting buses outside Boeing's gated area as <br /> part of it's new security measures. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Atbmey Soine requested an executive session regarding two <br /> INgegon matters. <br /> 10] <br />
