October 23,2002 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,October 23,2002,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,Vice President Campbell presiding.Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Council Members Krell,Olson,Gipson,Campbell,and Overstreet were <br /> present.Mayor Anderson and Council Members Halloo and Pope were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Overstreet led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 18,2002 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed.Council Members Olean and Gipson abstained from the vote. <br /> COUNC <br /> Council Member Gipson requested information regarding the closure of <br /> fire stager no.3 on the waterfront,its relocation,end whether providing <br /> fire service for the liveaboards in the marina is a gift of public funds. <br /> Council Member Krell reported on her attendance at the 8.Annual Monte <br /> Cristo Awards held at the Everett Station. <br /> Council Member Olson announced that Sound Transit anticipates banging <br /> commuter mil service re the Everett Station by the end of 2003 or the <br /> beginning of 2004. He invited everyone to attend a Snohomish County <br /> Tomorrow retreat at the Everett Station on Saturday,October 26,2002,8 <br /> a.m.to 5 p.m.to discuss growth management. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> AGREEMENT—COPYRIGHT LICENSE <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member Krell <br /> to authorize the Mayor to execute a copyright license agreement with <br /> the Boeing Company for the use of a photograph to be incorporated <br /> into the City of Everett's economic development brochure. <br /> 350 <br />
