November 13,2002 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 8:30 a.m.,November 13,2002,in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> Everett City Hall,President Hadoe presiding.Upon roll call it was found <br /> that Mayor Anderson and Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatice,Gipson, <br /> Campbell,Pope and Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Campbell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Council Member Olson questioned whether Council Member Pope's <br /> motion on page 376 of tho November 6,2002 City Council minutes was to <br /> adopt the 2003 proposed'operating'budget or the entire budget.Council • <br /> Member Pope stated that it was to adopt the entire budget.The minutes <br /> of the November 6,2002 City Council meeting were approved with the <br /> deletion of the word"operating. Council Member Campbell abstained <br /> from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> OATH <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to concur with the appointment of Molly Spellman as a <br /> new police officer. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> The oath of office was administered by the Deputy City Clerk.
