• <br /> March 28,2003 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett CM Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> am.,March 28,2003,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Halloo presiding.Upon roll call if was found that Council <br /> Members Krell,Olson,Halloe,Gipson,Campbell,Pope and Overstreet <br /> were present.Mayor Anderson was excused. <br /> Council Member Campbell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> SUPPORT-MILITARY PERSONNEL <br /> Linda Johannes,General Manager,Everett Mall,stated that the mall is <br /> distributing yellow ribbons in support of the personnel from Naval Station <br /> Everett end their families.She requested that the City of Everett <br /> participate by tying yellow ribbons on trees in the downtown area. <br /> Moved by Council Member Halloe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor to work with Linda Johannes and <br /> the Everett Mall to have City personnel attach yellow ribbons to trees <br /> within the downtown area to show the City's support for the Nary <br /> families and the military men and women from Naval Station Everett <br /> who are Involved In the nation's efforts in the Middle East. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The minutes of the March 19,2003 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> 773337—,—. o7x311 ,...in0.1alsittaiiil <br />
