March 3,2004 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> m.,Match 3,2004,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hatloe presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson; Council Members Olson. Hetoe, Gipson, Campbell, <br /> Stonecipher,and Overstreet were present. Council Member Krell was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Campbell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 25,2004 City Council meting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> FURNITURE RECYCLING <br /> Bud Wessman,announced that there will be a free furniture recycling <br /> event at the Everett Recycle Center on 36.Street across from the Everett <br /> Animal Shelter on March 6,2004,9 a.m.to 3 p.m. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Overstreet requested that the Puget Sound Regional <br /> Council be scheduled to give a Growth Management report during the <br /> next few weeks. <br /> Council Member Olson congratulated the Everett Silvedips hockey teem <br /> on their record-breaking wins as a Westem Hockey League expansion <br /> team. <br /> He reported on his attendance at a Snohomish County Cities and Towns <br /> dinner. <br /> Council Member Campbell reported on his attendance at the Govemment <br /> Affairs Committee meeting. <br /> 63 <br />
