August 4,2004 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was celled to order at 8:30 <br /> am.,August 4,2004 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hatloe presiding. Upon roll call it wee found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson;Council Members Krell.Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Stonecipher and Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Campbell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the July 28,2004 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson reported on his attendance at several National Night <br /> Out events. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Gipson requested that agenda item no.11.to accept the <br /> reviewcommittee's recommendation and authorize the Mayor to execute <br /> contract and terns of aen.ice agreement for banking services with the <br /> Bank of America,be moved to the beginning of the action Items. <br /> Council Member Krell reported on her attendance at the National Night <br /> Out events. <br /> NATIONAL NIGH(OUT <br /> Steve Paxton,Police,stated that over 1100 people attended the National <br /> Night Out event at the Everett Mall.The Meme was auto theft prevention. <br /> There were representatives from the City of Everett Fire Oaparlment, <br /> Everett Transit,Code Compliance,Animal Control,and the Library. <br /> 247 <br />
