September 29,2004 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 0:30 <br /> a.m.,September 29,2004 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett <br /> City Hall,President Radon presiding. Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Stephenson and Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson, <br /> Nielsen,Stonecipher,and Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested that her comments on the <br /> September 20,2004 council minutes be corrected to read Overstreet and <br /> Krell instead of Olson and Krell.The minutes of the September 20,2004 <br /> City Council meeting were approved as corrected. Council Members <br /> Olson and Hatloe abstained from the vote. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Overstreet reported on his attendance at a Combined <br /> Sewer Overflow Partnership Board of Director's meeting in Washington, <br /> O.C. <br /> Council Member Nielsen remarked on his attendance ata Council of <br /> Neighborhoods meeting. <br /> Council Member Gipson stated that he attended a community breakfast <br /> this moming. <br /> President Hatloe stated that agenda item no.5,to authorize the Mayor to <br /> sign a Federal Employee Transit Pass Fiscal Agent agreement,and <br /> agenda Item no.6,to authorize the Mayor to sign a Federal Employee <br /> Transit Pass Program agreement,will be reversed on the council agenda. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Atiomey Iles requested an executive session regarding two litigation <br /> matters. <br /> 305 <br />
