444.4• <br /> November 10,2004 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> am.,November 10,2004 in the Coy Coundl Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hatloe presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson, Council Members Krell, Hams, Gipson, Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher and Overstreet were present. Council Member Olson was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 3,2004 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson thanked all veterans throughout our community for <br /> eir seMoa. <br /> REPORT—EDC UPDATE <br /> Deborah Knutson,Snohomish County Economic Development Council, <br /> explained that the EDC Is dedicated to attracting and retaining businesses <br /> that create competitive high wage jobs and gave an update regarding their <br /> current adiuities. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> President Hatloe,stated that agenda item no.3,acceptorg the Repair of <br /> Crosstown Pope Lining project ac complete,is pulled from today's agenda. <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to approve the following consent agenda Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5545 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amoral of <br />• <br /> 361 <br />
