January 19,2005 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,January 19,2005 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Krell presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Krell,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen,and <br /> Stonecipher were present.Council Members Olson and Overstreet were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Gipson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the January 12,2005 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson introduced three students from Mariner High School <br /> who were attending the City Council meeting as part of their government <br /> class. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Council Members Hatloe, Gipson,and Nielsen reported on their <br /> attendance at various Martin Luther King,Jr.celebrations. <br /> Council Member Nielsen reported that he presented the preliminary draft <br /> report of the VISION Team to the Riverside and <br /> SeahurstlHarborviewlGlenhaven Neighborhoods. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session regarding a litigation <br /> matter and a personnel matter. <br /> 17 <br />
