April 13,2005 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> am.,April 13,2005 in the City Coundl Chamber of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Krell presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Council <br /> Members Krell, Olson, Hatioe, Gipson, Nielsen, Stonecipher and <br /> Overstreet were present Mayor Stephenson was excused. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 6,2005 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. Council Members Gipson and Stonecipher <br /> abstained from the vote. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> PROCLAMATION—ARBOR DAY <br /> President IrdasArlnwhich <br /> resStephenson <br /> procaimApril 13.2005 rboDay and rged residents to plant <br /> trees. <br /> Libble Soden,Parks Department,accepted the proclamation and Susan <br /> Francisco.Parks Director,thanked council members and the city for their <br /> continued support. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher stated that she enjoyed a great Silvrtips <br /> hockey season. <br /> Council Member Overstreet reported that he would be attending an <br /> Economic Development Council meeting on Mayor Stephanson's behalf <br /> today. <br /> Council Member <br /> men and paramedics who aided FireGordontrelay <br /> his father during enemergency thanks <br /> to <br /> 8 e <br /> p <br /> 103 <br />
